Shaw connects to the platforms an online store already uses. It keeps a synced copy of the store's sales, advertising, email, and search results, and gives the team an AI assistant that answers questions, writes reports, and drafts work for review.

Answers questions about the business
Ask about sales, ad spend, return on ad spend, top products, email results, or organic search. Answers come from the store's own synced data.
Writes recurring reports
Daily and weekly performance check-ins, ad channel reviews, and campaign breakdowns, on request or on a schedule.
Drafts work for approval
Shaw can draft landing pages, email campaigns, and store updates. A change to a connected platform happens only after a person approves it.

A store admin connects each platform from Shaw's Integrations page by signing in to that platform and approving access. The admin can disconnect it from the same page at any time.
When a store connects Google, Shaw asks for read access to the store's Google Ads reports and Search Console search analytics, and the connecting account's email address. Shaw uses that data only to show the store its own advertising and search performance in reports, dashboards, and answers from Shaw's assistant. See how Shaw handles Google user data.
How Shaw handles your data
- Each store is separate. A store's data, conversations, and connections are kept apart from every other store's. Only people the store has invited can open it.
- Syncing only reads. Shaw's data sync reads reports and records from connected platforms and never changes them.
- Credentials are encrypted. Access tokens and keys for connected platforms are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored.
- Your data isn't for sale. Shaw doesn't sell data, doesn't use it for advertising, and doesn't use it to train AI models.
